Our client is a medium sized privately owned warehousing and distribution company based in NW England. They are currently  seeking  an appropriately experienced individual  to conduct a review and assist them in re-engineering  their existing operations. The project duration is 3 to 6 months.

The company runs a regionally based warehousing  and distribution  operation whose clients are retail outlets primarily in the local area . They are currently seeking a review of efficiency and cost base as a result of the rising costs of operating their business.  Your role is to liaise with the existing management team to examine the current  procedures and  processes and establish where  cost reductions can be implemented. 

Previous experience of warehousing and distributions operations and  business re-engineering is essential.  Candidates must also have the communication and leadership skills to enable them to  present the case for change in an articulate manner to the, you will also have the  as is the ability to communicate with senior executives of the business when putting forward the
